It’s our intention to run this as a COVID-conscious event safely and comfortably for all. Love & Ecstasy will be following public health and safety protocols as reasonably as possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY….
We trust that you, as a participant and a member of this event community, will do all you can to maintain the health integrity of this event.
Before arriving, we ask that you do a deep and honest self-assessment and only attend if you can comply with basic COVID health and safety protocols and agreements (provided in your registration package) for at least 5-7 days before the first day of this event.
OUR APPROACH….
You are a sovereign being. And as such, we honour your personal health decisions.
We respect individual privacy and will not be asking about or requiring proof of vaccination.
Given the intimate nature of this work, we trust that each person will decide for themselves how intimate they chose to be with others. You can experience this entire event masked at all times and adhering to social distancing recommendations if you choose to.
If you are not able to attend the training due to COVID, you will be fully refunded.
A COVID CONSCIOUS EVENT….
Please consider these policies and procedures before registering:
💙 Everyone will be required to present upon arrival a negative rapid antigen test. This is an effective tool for the screening of asymptomatic folks.
It’s a shallow nasal swab test done by yourself in your home, and you get the results in 15 minutes. We’re going to ask you to do the test not more than 24 hours before the start of the event.
The test is free to you. L&E will mail you your test as soon as you’re registered.
💙 Sign upon arrival two documents: L&E’s Health and Wellness Screening Checklist and COVID Waiver and Release of Claims.
💙 Masks will be mandatory in the dining hall when picking up food or walking in and out of the building.
